প্রজেকশন ম্যাপিং হচ্ছে এক ধরনের প্রজেকশন টেকনোলজি, যার মাধম্যে শক্তিশালী প্রজেক্টর ব্যাবহার করে বাস্তব জগতের কোনও ত্রিমাত্রিক বস্তুর গায়ে আনুসাঙ্গিক ছবি বা ভিডিও বিছিয়ে দিয়ে বাস্তব জগতে দৃষ্টিবিভ্রম (optical illusion) সৃষ্টি করার প্রযুক্তি। তার থেকে আরো এক ধাপ এগিয়ে, একটা বাস্তব বস্তু (হতে পারে একটা ইমারত বা দালান) এর উপর সেউ বস্তুর ত্রিমাত্রিক মডেলের ডিজিটাল ইমেজকে নিখুঁতভাবে প্রজেক্ট করে তার আকার-আকৃতির সাথে মিলিয়ে বসানোর ভিজুয়াল ইলিউশন প্রযুক্তির নাম থ্রিডি প্রজেকশন ম্যাপিং।

তুমি আমার জীবন’ বাংলাদেশের প্রথম লেগোমোশন মুভি, যা স্টপ-মোশনের মাধ্যমে তৈরি করা হয়েছে। হাতে ধরে নাড়িয়ে স্থির ক্যামেরায় ছবি তুলে, সেকেন্ডে ১৫ টা ফ্রেম পাশাপাশি সাজিয়ে তৈরি করা হয়েছে এই মুভি। “মুভি” বলার কারণ, সাধারণত একটা সিনেমায় যা যা থাকে, তা দিয়েই তৈরি এই অণু আকারের ছায়াছবি তে। গল্পটা তৈরি করা হয়েছে গত বিশ/পঁচিশ বছর ধরে বাংলা সিনেমার মূলধারার ছবি কে কটাক্ষ করে। গল্পটা বাণিজ্যিক ধারার সব ছবির মতই। এই সিনেমাটা তৈরি করতে তোলা হয়েছে সাড়ে ছয় লক্ষ স্থিরচিত্র। যার মধ্যে এডিটিং এর পর ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে প্রায় সাড়ে ছয় হাজার ছবি। ছবির সুর এইট বিট ফরম্যাটে করা হয়েছে, যা প্রায় বিশ বছর আগের ভিডিও গেমসের প্রাথমিক যুগের একটা প্রযুক্তি, যা প্রোগ্রামিং এর মাধ্যমে কম্পোজ করতে হয়। প্রায় সাড়ে নয় মাস একটানা অধ্যবসায় নিয়ে তৈরি করা সাড়ে ছয় মিনিটের এই সিনেমা রঙ্গিন টিভি’র প্রথম নিজস্ব প্রযোজনা।

This is a smooth chillin’ video I made out of footage that i collected from St Martin’s Island. I shot this amazing motions of waves and took a still photo. The still photos were published before as a photo story titled “Chronicles of Waves”. This video is a visual version of that. I am a huge fan of Helios, the track I used in the video. I apologize for unauthorized use, but I couldn’t help to make this video with their sound, its so amazingly great!
