autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hi Vjs, how messy is your project that your girlfriend wants to breakup with u ?<br>Your family leaves you?<br>Your agent gets suicidal??<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meh i understand we can get messy sometimes<br>But keeping everything visually sorted is very essential to increase our productivity<br>So in this video, i will try to share some tips, might sound long way, but a shorcut in workflow at the end<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hi my name is zunayed sabbir ahmed<br>I have been using resolume for little over a decade<br>&#8220;So trying to compile few tips that might help advanced user,<br>and make lives easier for begginers&#8221;<br>This video is about resolume arena 7<br>If you are new to this software, start here, then come back immidiately<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lets start with opening resolume<br>We are gonna continue from our last tips, called advanced camera plotting<br>&#8220;let me make sure we&#8217;re in default mode,<br>so that its a good starting ground&#8221;<br>to do that view&gt;layout&gt;default<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;First lets make all the features visible<br>that we needed almost all the time&#8221;<br>such as &#8211; output&gt;show FPS- its your best friend<br>Show hardware stats-&gt; this keeps your head cooler<br>Few more options are great use, such as &#8211; show FFT gain, show help, undo toolber,<br>Speaking of undo toolbar, it is not that long resolume introduced undo option.<br>Only VJs who have been using resolume before that, might understand why i;m getting emotional right now<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">let me clearly breakdown my workflow into two gross category<br>When i&#8217;m in studio, planning and plotting visuals for gigs, i need certain window in certain ways<br>in Live, the situation is different, i might be standing far from screen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And you can also rearrange window and save layouts in the latest resolume<br>To save layout, lets go to view&gt;layout&gt;save<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lets say we will make a layout for studio works<br>&#8220;For experiementing in the studio, i might need<br>Auto pilot,<br>files,<br>composition,<br>Slices&#8221;<br>&#8220;Also for planning and designing,<br>i would prefer larger space for clip, layer and composition,<br>but might not need to see it at the same time&#8221;<br>Lets say, we dont have any work with audio in this project<br>&#8220;So if i hide audio, almost one third of peremeters will be hidden,<br>making our lives less complicated&#8221;<br>&#8220;Lets also hide the features less needed while working,<br>like transport control,<br>transition,<br>beatlooper&#8221;<br>Lets save this layout as studio work<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;For performance, i would need<br>Transport control<br>transition,<br>cue points,<br>dashboard,<br>beatlooper&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;if planned right, i wont be needing few options while performing,<br>so lets hide items such as<br>composition,<br>files,<br>slices, &#8220;<br>&#8220;Since, for live performance,<br>I might not be able to pull my eyes closer to the screen while performing&#8221;<br>So let me arrange the windows as per my preference<br>Lets save it as performance Layout<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Again let me remind you, these are just MYWAY of working, suggesting you to find your comfy zone as well!<br>transition<br>Did you know, resolume allows u to color clips and layers<br>So lets color our clips<br>&#8220;This might look like a VJ OCD<br>but trust me, these tiny practices get you more focused<br>while you are live, dealing 10 other external things,<br>mostly which are annoying and nothing to do with the VJ!&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are still watching, means you&#8217;re digging it, so hit a like and follow along!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thumbnails are very essential for organizing a show<br>How essential? lets say if you die in the middle of the gig! atleast the sound guy can run the show!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;we can change thumbnail to specific things<br>getting your performance focused<br>to the art side of u&#8221;<br>&#8220;the update shortcut, at whatever the situation is<br>after using effects and things,<br>press ctrl + shift + T or command + shift + T&#8221;<br>To change thumbnail to an external art, lets say we can add a camera, change its thumbnail to something that looks like a camera<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here&#8217;s a project we worked, where we did our thumbnails properly<br>Hit a like if you like this, hit like three times if you hate it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have watched this video till this part, this says you&#8217;re a visual enthusiast like the people in our small uprising comminity called we are vj bagnladesh<br>Subscribe this community for more sessions, lessons, workshops and idea jamming coming up<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi Vjs, how messy is your project that your girlfriend wants to breakup with u ?Your family leaves you?Your agent gets suicidal??
